ABILITIES: Dreadlock has mastered the electro-mechanical sciences is is known as a tinkerer. With is knowledge of motion pyhsics and materials science Dreadlock can construct most any type of electro-mechanical device utilizing most any natural object.
STRENGTH LEVEL: Dreadlock studied Capoeira, a martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics and music. He is in superb physical condition and his natural strength level enables him to lift 750 pounds.
WEAPONS AND INSTRUMENTS: As an Adept, Dreadlock can utlize the Sacred Staff enabling him to extract life forces from other beings and communicate over vast distances of space and time with others via astral projections of himself.
When MarTu and Kronos were banised from the Maation Federation, Dreadlock presided over the extraction of their life forces and was given special one time use of the Sacred Staff which was seen as a humiliation since Dreadlock was not yet an Adept.
Dreadlock, underwent Initiation for his formal induction into the Numidian Force. Dreadlock was educated at the University of Thebes in mathematics, physics, and engineering. See Numidian Force issues 1-6.
KNOWN SUPERHUMAN POWERS: Upon successful completion of the 7 Levels of the Payland Ritual, Dreadlock's stength level enabled him to lift 10 tons with ease. He obtained a hearing range that spanned several galaxies and allows him to hear the sounds of atoms as well as ants. Dreadlock's hair (dreads) can emit fiber-optic beams.
HISTORY: Dreadlock is the son of Takkara and Sunlock who, first generation Meroites (see Kushite Chronicles) who became stranded on Napata and serve as Members of the Maatian Federation. Numidian Force issues 1-6 (Numidian Force classic) dealt with the preperation and obstacles faced by Dreadlock who finally achived the level of Adept in Numidian Force issue no. 6 'The Initiation of Dreadlock'.
In preperation for his role as a member of the Numidian Force, Dreadlock studied motion physics, industrial engineering and materials science at the University of Thebes.
