Brooklyn Mack: From Football to Principal Dancer with The Washington Ballet
Now, at 28 years old, the 5-foot-10 isn’t on any NFL team’s roster, he is his fifth season as a Principal Dancer with The Washington Ballet and has found international fame in his craft, breaking down racial barriers in ballet one perfectly formed pirouette at a time.
Prior to joining The Washington Ballet, Mack spent three seasons as a principal dancer with Orlando Ballet. He has performed internationally at Ballet Clasico de Camara with Nina Novak in Venezuela, Latvian National Ballet, NBA Ballet Company in Japan and many others.
